Registered Nurse (Rehab) - Travel Assignment
Location: Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Facility Overview
- 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital
- Focus on rehabilitation for stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
- Provides individualized rehabilitation programs to maximize patient health, function, and quality of life
Position Details
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Rehabilitation Nursing
- Number of Openings: Multiple
- Shift: Day and Night shifts available
- Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekend Hours: Yes
- Call Requirements: None
- Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 6-9 patients
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Cerner
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 1 year of rehabilitation nursing experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
- Flexible and easy-going personality fit

- Report time: 8:00 AM
- Parking available in any non-patient/visitor spot
