RN Medical/Surgical - Wisconsin (Mequon)

Job Details

Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical
Location: Mequon, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit: Telemetry background required (must be able to read telemetry)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Medical/Surgical nursing
Additional Requirements:
- Prior travel experience required
- EPIC system experience required
- Must be willing to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles if needed
- No artificial or acrylic nails; nails must be short (< 1/4 inch)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
