Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU

Location: Fresno, California
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM (Multiple possible start times between 07:00 and 14:00)

Job Description

Position in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for Registered Nurse (RN).
Shift start times vary and can be any hour from 07:00 to 14:00.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience working with Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma patients
Experience in an inpatient setting
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience
Pediatrics experience
Stroke patient care experience
