CT Technologist Position - Cleveland, Ohio

Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 26 weeks)
• Shift: Night shift, 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Work Environment:

  • Imaging services for a 59-bed emergency room frequently at capacity
  • Imaging for inpatient side with 159 beds
  • Use of 4 CT scanners (2 GE and 2 Phillips); night shift primarily uses 2 GE scanners less than 2 years old

Required Qualifications

• License/Certification:

  • ARRT certification required
  • Valid permanent professional license (no temporary licenses accepted)
• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
• Experience:

  • Minimum years of experience in CT Technologist specialty not explicitly stated; assume standard professional competency required
• Health and Safety Requirements:

  • Proof of MMR immunity (positive titers within last 15 years or appropriate booster protocol)
  • Proof of Varicella immunity (positive titers within last 15 years or appropriate booster protocol)
  • Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years (no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completed or signed declination form accepted
  • 2-Step TB test or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) within last 6 months; if positive, clear chest x-ray and current TB questionnaire required
  • Fit test for respirators completed within 1 year prior to start
  • Influenza vaccine required during flu season (October–March) or completion of specific masking and declination forms
  • Physical exam within 1 year prior to start confirming ability to work without restrictions
• Background and Compliance:

  • Criminal background check within 6 months, including Social Security trace and national sex offender search
  • Ohio fingerprinting and FBI background checks as applicable based on residency duration
  • Drug screen within 60 days prior to start (10-panel, lab report required; instant screens not accepted)
  • Verification of education and employment within last 5 years through third-party sources
  • Completion of competency exams and core competencies with minimum 80% score within 1 year prior to start
  • Completion of required safety and compliance training modules prior to clearance, with annual renewal
  • Submission of a professional photo (headshot, shoulders up, plain background, JPEG format)
  • Submission packet including resume, professional references, job application, and employment history form

• COVID-19 vaccination preferred but not required; medical or religious exemptions accepted with appropriate documentation
