Description
NICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position
Location: Voorhees, New Jersey
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Floating assignment across 5 hospitals within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)
- No block scheduling allowed
- Patient ratio: 1:2
- No on-call duties
- Every other week (EOW) schedule
- Must work 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday during contract
- Couplet care practiced; Stork RN present on each shift
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Epic electronic health record experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted but not preferred
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience, including NICU experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with high frequency ventilation
