- Care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning
- Computer literacy required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Minimum 5 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- PRI and Screen certification
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
- Experience in care coordination, utilization review (InterQual), and discharge planning
- Emergency Department (ED) experience
