Description
Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Employment Type: Acute Nursing
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Shift: 5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory.
- Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy.
- Administer conscious sedation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including experience within the last year
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience administering conscious sedation
- Experience in cardiac nursing care
