Job Details

  • Floating may be required
  • No on-call
  • Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted; local rate applies

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
  • Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Driver's License
  • Experience with Epic

Submission Requirements

  • Up-to-date resume
  • 2 recent manager/supervisor references in matching specialty
  • Skills checklist matching specialty
  • Driver’s license with address matching demographics
  • NURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing all current and past licenses
  • RTO must be included at time of submission

Clinical Context

  • Unit includes post-op surgery cases such as general, orthopedics, GYN, and vascular procedures
  • Common patient populations include heart failure, chest pain, pneumonia, cellulitis, pancreatitis, alcohol withdrawal, heparin, TPN, and Lasix/Cardizem protocols
