    PACU Registered Nurse

    Overview

    • Travel/contract role in Sacramento, California
    • 13-week assignment
    • Day shift: 3x12s, 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
    • Supports recovery services for OR, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy, and cardiac procedures excluding open heart; includes both inpatient and outpatient procedures

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in California
    • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
    • PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

    Schedule

    • 36 hours per week

    Additional Notes

    • Local pay differs from standard rate
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
    • Background check and other pre-start compliance items are required before start
