PACU Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Sacramento, California
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12s, 9:30 AM–10:00 PM
- Supports recovery services for OR, Cath Lab, IR, Endoscopy, and cardiac procedures excluding open heart; includes both inpatient and outpatient procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (3 years of experience)
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule
- 36 hours per week
Additional Notes
- Local pay differs from standard rate
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
- Background check and other pre-start compliance items are required before start
