MRI Tech
Overview
- Travel/contract role in San Francisco, California
- Floating required across multiple campuses and imaging locations
- Shuttle transportation is available between campuses
- On-call is optional, not required
Schedule
- 3x12 day shifts
- Start times vary between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM
- Usually includes one Saturday and one Sunday per month
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with 3 years of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (R)
- ARRT (MR)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized MRI procedures
- Produce quality images for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease
- Work across a high-volume, multi-site MRI practice
- Perform a broad range of MRI exams, including cardiac, body, musculoskeletal, neuro, breast, pelvic, interventional, and prostate imaging
Additional Notes
- Must be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic multi-site environment
- Strong MRI safety practices are expected
- MRI equipment includes GE HealthCare systems
- Software platforms vary across sites
