Overview
- Location: Fountain Valley, California

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Copies of continuing education completed within the last 24 months
- Unit-specific competency exam
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam
- Infection Control/Bloodborne Pathogens exam
- 2 references within 1 year of start in the current specialty
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
- Hepatitis B series or declination
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Flu vaccination or declination
- Hepatitis C titer or declination
- Drug screen within 1 year of start
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check
- Signed HIPAA acknowledgement
- Signed confidentiality agreement
- Signed job description acknowledgment
- Signed traveler acknowledgment
- Signed sexual violence and sexual harassment policy acknowledgment
