Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse
Location
- Modesto, California
Job Type
- Travel/Contract
Schedule
- Day shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- Holidays as needed
- No call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Amiodarone, Heparin, Cardizem, and Dopamine drips
- Pre- and post-operative cardiac catheterization experience
- Pre- and post-operative CABG (coronary artery bypass graft) experience
- Pre- and post-operative TAVR (transcatheter aortic valve replacement) experience
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience

- Local pay rate differs from standard rate
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred
- Background check, education verification, sex offender search, FACIS Level 3 screening, and other compliance items are required before start
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- References are required by the staffing agency, not the client
- Candidate must review and sign required pre-start documents
- Health screening and immunization requirements apply before start
