Telemetry RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract RN role in Tracy, California.
- Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30.
- 36 hours per week.
- Contract length: 13 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred for RN positions.
Additional Notes
- The role includes acute-care nursing responsibilities such as assessment, care coordination, patient/family education, and transitions of care.
- Unit-specific skills checklist required.
- Full 7 years of work history must be included in the application, with city and state for each location and no gaps.
