Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic

Preferred

COVID vaccine series preferred only

Other Important Requirements

TB screening required
Drug screen required within the last 12 months
Flu vaccination required during flu season
Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity documentation required
Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination required
Physical exam within the last 12 months
Background check required
E-Verify required
Photo for badge required
Confidentiality, scrub colors, safety, dress code, drug free, and hand washing policy acknowledgements required before start
