Pediatrics
Role Overview
- Travel/Contract RN position in Pediatrics
- Primary position is in Pediatrics
- Willing to float to PICU/NICU
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 18:45–7:15
- 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Pediatrics experience: 2 years
- Pediatrics experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic

- APHON
- BSN
Other Relevant Information
- EPIC experience
- 7-year background check required within 6 months of start
- Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
- FACIS Level 3 screening required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
- California Medi-Cal search is required if FACIS III cannot be run monthly
- Required pre-start health and compliance items include drug screening, TB screening, physical exam, fit mask testing, immunization documentation, and signed onboarding documents
