Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (Travel)
Location: Aventura, Florida
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Unit Information
- Number of Rooms: 5
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Equipment: Cath Lab equipment and supplies
- Documentation Systems: Meditech and MacLab
- Call Requirements: On call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Certifications:
- CVL Tech
- ACLS
- BLS
- Cath Lab Tech Certification
Typical Procedures
- Cardiac Catheterization (Cath)
- Electrophysiology (EP)
- Interventional Radiology (IR)
Additional Preferences
- Certified Vascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), and/or Respiratory Therapist (RT) credentials preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced unit and function independently
Dress Code
- Surgical scrubs provided
