Job Opportunity: RN Invasive Cardiology (Contract)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Specialty: Nursing
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Job Summary

Provide care for critically ill patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab undergoing Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular procedures.
Assigned STEMI call with a 30-minute response time.

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience in Cath Lab nursing, including preoperative and postoperative care.
Skilled in patient monitoring and sedation.
Proficient with advanced hemodynamic monitoring devices such as IABP and IMPELLA.
Experience with ventilator management is required.

Required Licenses/Certifications

Valid RN license in Ohio.
ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association only.

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently throughout the day.
May need to stand for extended periods.
Normal vision and hearing (with or without correction).
Ability to lift 250-300 lbs with assistance.
Ability to push/pull up to 500 lbs with assistance.
Exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, chemicals, and cleaning products is expected.
