Job Opportunity: RN CVIR (Pre/Post Recovery Room)
Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Four 10-hour shifts (4x10's)
- No weekends or on-call required
Required Specialty Experience
- Registered Nurse with Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (RN CVIR) experience

Health & Safety Requirements
- Fit Test: N95 respirator fit test within 365 days of start date, updated annually
- MMR Vaccination: Documentation of measles, mumps, and rubella immunity or vaccination
- Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed
- TB Test: Negative TB skin test or blood test within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement: Physician statement within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break
- Hepatitis B: Strongly preferred (vaccination or immunity proof)
- Tdap Vaccine: Preferred within last 10 years
- Positive PPD: If applicable, negative chest x-ray documentation required
- Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation: Required if fit test is required
Background & Compliance Checks
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start, updated if >6 month break
- Social Security Number trace for last 7 years
- National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
- Education verification of highest level achieved
- References: Minimum 2 recent references, at least 1 supervisor or above in skillset
