Travel RN Case Manager - Tampa, Florida

Position Overview

  • Specialty: Case Management (RN)

  • Weekly Hours: 40 hours
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Unit: Acute Rehabilitation Hospital (80 beds)
  • Patient Population: General

Required Qualifications

  • Current licensure as one of the following:
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Social Worker (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
    • Healthcare professional licensure as Respiratory Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Occupational Therapist
  • Minimum 2 years of social work or case management experience in an inpatient setting (acute/rehabilitation hospital experience highly preferred)
  • Certification in Case Management or Rehabilitation preferred (e.g., CCM, ARN, ACM, or ANCC RN-BC)
  • Basic computer skills and effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Cooperative personality and team player attitude
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Job Description

  • Provide case management in an acute care rehabilitation hospital setting
  • Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
  • Deliver individualized rehabilitation care tailored to patient needs
  • Work within a Joint Commission and CARF-accredited program

  • No weekend or call requirements
  • EHR system: EPIC
  • Dress code: Black scrubs or professional business attire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team
