Job Opportunity: Care Manager - ED

Location: Bronx, New York
Employment Type: Acute - Allied
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning
Computer literacy
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment
Primary Source Verification of License and Registration from NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience
Case Management Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
Associate Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program (required)
