Job Opportunity: RN - Telemetry (Travel)
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Job Description
- Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and multiple facilities.
Schedule
- Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
- Work 3 twelve-hour shifts per week (3/12's)
- 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in telemetry or medical-surgical nursing

- Patient-to-nurse ratio: 6:1
- EMR system: Cerner
- Scrub color: Any color allowed
- Must be willing to float between departments and multiple facilities within the system
