Job Opportunity: RN - Home Health

Location: Winchester, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Weekly Hours: 36 hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5x8’s)
Weekend Requirement: Every 5th weekend
On-Call Requirement: 1-2 nights per week as needed
Patient Population: Adults aged 19 and over
Patient Load: 5-7 patients per day
EMR System: EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience, including experience within the last year
Experience working with adult patients in Home Health and Home Care settings
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Proficient in wound vac care, IV care, and ostomy care
Skilled in chronic disease education including CHF, COPD, and Diabetes
Experience with Epic EMR system
