Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (MS/Tele)

Location: Anderson, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Nights
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
Must be willing to float within scope to other MS units as needed
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
Locals accepted within the local radius

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience, with experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Floating to other MS units is required as part of the job duties
Weekend shifts required every other weekend
Prior travel experience is not required for this position
Locals within the area are accepted

Additionally, dealing with Host Healthcare has been a seamless experience from compliance and onboarding.

Cons

Generally speaking, Host Healthcare doesn't always have the highest rate on the market. Having gone with competing agencies in the past, I have often been disappointed and unsupported and ultimately found it wasn't worth the small pay bump
