Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated de-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in assessment of Physical Therapist skills
