Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (Neuro Stepdown)

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Specialty: Progressive Care – Neuro / Stepdown / Trauma
Shift: Nights, 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 PM – 7 AM)
Weekly Hours: 48 hours guaranteed
Weekend Hours: As needed
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 2
Float Requirements: Float as needed/customary upon request

Unit Type: Neuro Trauma Intermediate Progressive Care Unit
Patient Type: Neuro Trauma patients
Equipment: Standard ICU nursing equipment
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
Minimum 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Entry-level experience in Neuro/Stepdown/Trauma is acceptable but 1+ years critical care experience is required.
