Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in case management. The position involves working collaboratively with the nursing care management team and requires strong documentation and communication skills. The role demands the ability to shift attention between tasks and build trust with patients, families, and team members.

Unit Information

Location: Asheville, NC
Unit Staffing: Includes unit secretaries and tech availability
Patient Ratios: 1:40
Documentation Systems: Cerner, Nate, EnsoCare (post-acute systems)
Scheduling: Self-schedule
Floating Policy: As needed
Dress Code: Business attire
Leadership: Supportive leadership and great teamwork environment

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in case management, including case management experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
