Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in case management. The position involves working collaboratively with the nursing care management team and requires strong documentation and communication skills. The role demands the ability to shift attention between tasks and build trust with patients, families, and team members.
Unit Information
- Location: Asheville, NC
- Unit Staffing: Includes unit secretaries and tech availability
- Patient Ratios: 1:40
- Documentation Systems: Cerner, Nate, EnsoCare (post-acute systems)
- Scheduling: Self-schedule
- Floating Policy: As needed
- Dress Code: Business attire
- Leadership: Supportive leadership and great teamwork environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, including case management experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- The facility is a Level II trauma center with comprehensive stroke and neonatal intensive care units.
