Job Opportunity: Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT)

Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Schedule: Weekend graveyard shift, 4 shifts of 10 hours each + on-call (3-5 shifts per month)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a CT Technologist to operate two CT units including a 64-Slice CT scanner with bariatric capabilities and 3D imaging stations for coronary screenings. The department is staffed by board-certified radiologists and registered, certified technologists. Equipment includes Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis scanners.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of current CT experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• Experience with Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One, and Aquilion 1 Genesis equipment
• Active ARRT (CT) Certification
• Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
• Venipuncture Certificate
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• CT Skills Checklist current within the past year
• One supervisory reference from the past year of employment
• Must live 30+ miles from the facility (no local candidates)

Additional Information

• On-call shifts required (3-5 per month)
• Work environment includes a Level I Trauma Center with a busy Emergency Department and multiple specialty services
• All certifications must be current at time of submission
