Description
Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Registered Nurse
Location: Fullerton, California
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Acute Care Hospital setting with 320 staffed beds
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- On-call requirement: 7 days on call per 2-week pay period (2 nights/week post-shift + 1 weekend every 2 weeks; weekends may exceed every other to meet unit needs)
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend, may exceed based on unit needs
- Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
- Start date: ASAP
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience with a minimum of 1.5 years, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment
- ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
