Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) - Travel Position

Location: Aventura, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 (5 x 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends)

Job Description

• Work in Radiology department covering all areas served by Radiology: Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), Inpatient (IP), and Outpatient (OP)
• Use of digital GE portable and fixed radiology equipment, including C-arm and fluoroscopy
• Perform all standard radiology procedures, including fluoroscopy
• Documentation using Meditech and GE Centricity PACS systems
• Patient experience focus: must be versed in using AIDET communication framework
• Uniform: Navy blue scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technician license in Florida
• Minimum 2 years of Radiology Technician experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Current CPR and BLS certification
