- Services include Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehab, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, Pediatrics

- Patient population: Adult and geriatric (ages 18-125)

Position Details
- Department: Acute Medical/Surgical
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
- Specialty: Medical/Surgical
- Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
- Weekly Hours: 36 (guaranteed)
- Weekend Hours: Rotating
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1
- Float Requirements: Occasional to similar units
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) system: Cerner
- Equipment used: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience within the last year
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Additional Information
- Orientation occurs bi-weekly
- Dress code: Galaxy Blue scrubs preferred (Navy acceptable)
- Fingernails must be clean, kept short, and comply with Hand Hygiene Policy
- Tattoos that may be offensive must be covered
- Excessive jewelry is not allowed
