Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Laurinburg, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• Shift: Monday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (4x9s)
• Total Hours: 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in North Carolina
• ARRT (CT) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government-issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Background Check: 7-year criminal check within one year of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
• Education Verification or Diploma/Transcript for highest degree obtained
• State License Primary Source Verification
• Drug Screen: 9 Panel within one year of start (instant drug screen acceptable)
• Physical Exam: Physician statement within last 12 months
• Immunizations/Vaccinations:

  • Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
  • Hepatitis B: Titer, vaccine series, or declination
  • Varicella: 2 vaccines, titer, or history of chickenpox
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (or annual TB questionnaire if past positive)
• Flu Vaccination or approved exemption required prior to start if starting during flu season (10/1–3/31); exemptions require specific forms and mask-wearing during flu season

Certifications (as applicable)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – as required
• Other certifications may be required depending on unit or specialty

Additional Notes

• Locals within a 50-mile radius are accepted but at a lower rate (note this if applicable)
• Candidates must complete facility-specific orientation packets and post-tests prior to start
• References: 2 professional references within 2 years required for travel positions
• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the organization over 1 year

This position offers a night shift schedule with a focused contract length and requires a certified CT Technologist with at least 1 year of recent experience. First-time travel healthcare workers are welcome to apply.
