MRI Technician - Pennsylvania (Langhorne)
Job Details
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Schedule: Every other weekend required, no holidays
Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- MRI Technologist experience within the last year
Onboarding and Compliance Requirements
- Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption/declination.
- Proof of Influenza vaccination or approved exemption/declination.
- Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.
- Proof of Varicella vaccination or immunity.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start.
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA TB test with chest x-ray if positive (per regional requirements).
- Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
- Color vision test.
- Fit test.
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year.
- Trinity Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, and other professional compliance forms signed and on file.
- Criminal background checks including federal, nationwide, and county for the last 7 years, plus SSN verification.
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start.
- Education verification of highest academic level.
- Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days.
- System access form completed one week before start.
- State and department-specific fingerprinting.
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and Pennsylvania Access to Criminal History (PATCH) completed within 30 days of start.
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
Additional Notes
- All required documents must be uploaded and verified in the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
- Weekend work is every other weekend; no holiday shifts required.
