Description

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: South Weymouth, Massachusetts
Shift: Night (12-hour shifts, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Description

  • Work in the Birthing Unit as a Registered Nurse
  • Circulating experience required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
    • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
    • Recent EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification at least intermediate level

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

  • Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics
  • Perinatal NCC Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing - Level I and Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing - Labor and Birth)
  • First Latch (breastfeeding certification)
