Description
Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Wilmington, Delaware
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Job Details
- Every other weekend on-call as needed (details discussed during interview)
- Specialty: Labor and Delivery nursing
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Delaware
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience, with experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- NRP
- AWHONN or Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
- Fit Test
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding Requirements
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
- Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
- Signed Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) with SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification (highest degree or diploma/GED)
- EPLS, OIG, NSO, OFAC screenings dated within 30 days of start
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- CORE exam completed within the last year

- Resume, skills checklist, and two professional references required for submission
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position
This position is ideal for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs seeking a 12-week assignment with evening/night shifts and weekend on-call responsibilities.
