Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Bangor, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 40
Job Summary
- Perform patient care functions under supervision, following state nursing board regulations and facility policies.
- Provide direct supervision as Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during assigned shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maine.
- Minimum of 3 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Telemetry experience.
Skills and Other Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Team player.
- Flexible hours.
Additional Information
- Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid.
- The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week contract.
- If residing within 50 miles of the facility, a pay adjustment applies.
