Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (12-hour Nights)

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CPI certification
• NIHSS certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Work Conditions & Policies

• Overtime applies for hours worked over 40 per week, paid at regular hourly rate plus an additional $10/hr
• Holiday pay is regular hourly rate plus $10/hr
• For 10- or 12-hour shifts, billing is at an all-inclusive rate for the entire shift; no additional billing for hours 9-12
• Missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by supervisor to be compensated
• Workweek runs Monday 12:01 AM through Sunday 11:59 PM

Housing

• Housing can be somewhat difficult to find in the area
• Temporary housing options include short-term stays (2-4 weeks) at local inns or nearby apartments until permanent housing is secured

Additional Notes

• Credentialing documents should be submitted in one batch once complete; updates are encouraged but final submission should be consolidated
• Prior travel experience is not specified as required for this position
