Case Manager
Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8.5 hours per day)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Additional Requirements
- Background check and drug screening
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Color vision screening
- Competency exam
- Core mandatory annual training
- Educational and employment verification
- Various health screenings and immunizations including Hepatitis B, MMR, TdaP, Varicella, TB screening, and physical exam
- License verification and validation through NURSYS
- Compliance with multiple regulatory and safety checks (e.g., FACIS 3M, FBI clearance, PA Child Abuse History Certification)
