Description
RN Case Manager
Overview
- Travel assignment in Winchester, Virginia
- 2 openings
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Start dates: January
Schedule
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5x8s
- Weekend coverage may be required; every other weekend
- On-call may be required
- No block scheduling
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of case management experience
- Case management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
Work Setting
- Float within care management
- Patient mix includes Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, and unfunded patients
- EPIC experience required
Additional Notes
- Candidates must be well qualified with all required experience
- Holiday time off may be requested, with up to two days considered
