Job Overview
- Travel RN case management role in San Leandro, California
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in a Long Term Acute Care setting
- Discharge Planning
