Registered Nurse, Operating Room
Location
San Diego, California
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Travel nursing assignment
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- Variable schedule
- Start time: 0615–1100
- On-call requirement: 12 hours Friday night overnight and 12 hours Saturday (day or night depending on need) per 4-week schedule
- 30-minute response time for on-call
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- CVOR experience within the last year
- 2 years of CVOR experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients and families
- Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care
- Provide patient and family education
- Advocate for patients and families
- Document care and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Delegate and assign care within scope and competency
