Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in California
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

7-year background check required within 6 months of start
Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
FACIS Level 3 search required within 2 weeks of start and monthly after start
Education verification required for highest level achieved, unless highest education level is high school
Official transcripts or diplomas may be accepted only if verification attempts are unsuccessful
Employment application must include a full 7-year work history with no gaps
Work history verification must cover up to 7 years and explain gaps over 30 days
Unit-specific skills checklist required
References are required by the staffing process

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask test within 1 year of start
TB screening within 90 days of start and renewed annually
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
Drug screen within 6 months of start
Flu vaccination documentation required during flu season
Color vision deficiency, if present, must be documented by an in-person licensed healthcare provider before start
Respiratory safety clearance required before start
Tdap required within 10 years of start
Hepatitis B documentation required
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity/vaccination documentation required
