Summary
- Provides and coordinates individualized ICU nursing care under supervision.
- Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, discharge planning, patient/family teaching, documentation, collaboration with the care team, and participation in quality improvement and precepting/charge nurse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in Charge roles
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Clinical Nurse Specialist/Nurse Practitioner certification
