Description

RN (Registered Nurse)

Location

Bridgeport, West Virginia

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

12-hour night shifts
Every other weekend
Holidays in rotation with permanent staff

Setting

Hospital-based float position covering ortho units
May float to med/surg or stepdown-type patients if assigned to critical care

Required Qualifications

RN license in West Virginia or a compact license
BLS certification
Experience with med/surg and low-level ortho patients
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
EPIC familiarity

Additional Details

1–2 shifts of orientation with a preceptor
Patient ratios are mainly 1:5–6, with occasional 1:7 toward the end of a shift
Scrub color: royal blue
No false nails
Driver’s license copy required with submission
