CT Technologist I
Location
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Schedule
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
- On call 1x per month
Contract Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Skills and Experience
- Ability to apply principles of cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology, medical imaging, medical terminology, patient positioning, and medical ethics
- Ability to work as part of a team, follow instructions, and report to work consistently as scheduled
- Ability to communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to maintain accurate records, work with names, numbers, and codes, and handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under stress, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate attention to detail
Role Overview
- Entry-level CT technologist role providing specialized cardiovascular and/or radiologic technology services to adult and pediatric patients
- Supports diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures under immediate to general supervision and mentorship
- Performs patient preparation, post-procedure review, image/data transfer, technical documentation, quality control, cleaning, and high-level disinfection
