Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas
- Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- Cooperative, team-oriented approach
Patient Population / Caseload
- Geriatric patients
- Mostly 1:1 treatment with some group therapy
- Typical caseload of 5–6 patients per day
Common Diagnoses / Treatment Areas
- Stroke
- Debility
- Brain injury
- Amputation
- Cardiac
- Spinal cord injury
- Orthopedic conditions
Additional Notes
- Weekend hours are on request
- No float requirements
- Parking is in the side lot
