Infusion Nurse

Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN role in Tracy, California
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 4x10 hours
• Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend call
• Day off rotates based on scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Infusion (2 years of experience)
• Infusion experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

• Unit-specific skills checklist required
• Full 7-year work history must be included in the application with no gaps
• 7-year background check required within 6 months of start
• TB screening questionnaire required within 90 days of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 90 days of start
• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Fit test required within 1 year of start
• Drug screen required within 6 months of start
• Flu vaccination documentation required during flu season
• Color vision deficiency must be assessed by an in-person exam before start
