Labor and Delivery RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Crescent City, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- 36 hours per week
- Family Birth Center setting with labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- 7 years of work history must be included in the application with no gaps
- Unit-specific skills checklist required
- Background check required, including a 7-year background check within 6 months of start
- Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
- Education verification required
- Employment history verification required
- References required
- TB screening and clearance required
- Drug screen required
- Physical exam required
- Fit test required
- Color vision screening required
- Must review and sign required pre-start documents
