Outpatient Infusion RN
Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- Auto-offer available
- No weekends
- No on-call

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Infusion experience with 2 years of experience
- Infusion experience within the last year
- Oncology experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider Course, which may be obtained prior to start
- PA fingerprints required
- 2 professional references within 2 years of start
Clinical Experience
- Oncology and hematologic diseases
- Chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration
- Biologics and other specialty infusions
Work Setting
- Adult outpatient infusion unit
- Patient ratio experience: 1:5–6
- 12 beds
- Approximately 90 visits per day
Scheduling and Assignment Notes
- RTO, block, and scheduling requests must be submitted with the application
- Block scheduling cannot be accommodated
- May float to another infusion center on the same campus
Additional Compliance
- Unexpired government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify required
- Background check required
- Education verification required
- Physical exam within 2 months of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start
- Current Tdap vaccine or Tdap titer
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
- Drug screen within 60 days prior to start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- COVID vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption prior to start
- Skills checklist for the applicable unit
