RN - Progressive Care Unit
Location

Schedule
- Full-time night shift, 7p–7a
- Weekends and holidays per unit needs
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience within the last year
- 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN
- Previous nursing experience
Role Overview
- Provides direct patient care on the unit, including assessments, treatments, admissions, transfers, discharges, patient/family education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning
- Performs comprehensive assessments, documents findings, and responds to changes in patient condition
- Delegates and oversees patient care tasks as appropriate
- Participates in unit-based activities and quality improvement efforts
